What kind of water should be added to the humidification tank of the household oxygen generator?

The oxygen generator has a humidification tank for adding water. The main purpose of this tank is to increase the humidity of oxygen. It has nothing to do with whether the oxygen generator produces oxygen. So what kind of water is better to add to the humidification tank?
It is recommended to add pure water or distilled water. These two kinds of water have no impurities, and no matter how long they are used, the oxygen outlet will not be blocked.
The places where the humidification tank emits oxygen are small holes the size of pinholes. If soaked in tap water or mineral water for a long time, these small holes will be easily blocked by scale, resulting in a decrease in oxygen output. Therefore, it is recommended to use pure water or distilled water .
If it is said that the oxygen hole has been blocked, you can use a needle to pass it through, or soak it in vinegar, and then it can be easily cleaned off.
